Hotel Soleil Ha Long, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Soleil in Ha Long. The location is particularly convenient, especially for anyone wanting to explore the attractions nearby. The hotel is very close to the Sun Cable Car, making it incredibly easy to cross over to the other side and visit the Sun Wheel, where you’ll find a beautiful Zen garden, pagoda, various rides, and plenty of great photography spots. The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We did have a slight confusion with our booking when we arrived, but the hotel kindly upgraded us, which was greatly appreciated and really helped make our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast was very varied and delicious making waking up early worth it. There were just a couple of things that could have been better. Unfortunately, the mini fridge wasn’t particularly cold, meaning that drinks and other items placed inside weren’t chilled as much as we would have liked. Also, the bath leaked, which was a shame as we had hoped to enjoy a relaxing bath with the neon lights from the adjacent hotel creating a nice atmosphere — unfortunately, this wasn’t really possible because of the leak. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the helpful staff"

"Superb hotel in a great location. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was excellent with an amazing view. Pools were great as due to the season we had them to ourselves on most days. Location is a bit far from the town but a cheap Grab sorted that out. Go here it’s excellent!"

"Nice Hotel with nearby restaurants and activities. Friendly staffs and clean amenities. Only issue is that the thermostat controller for the gym is not in the room, hence there's no air conditioning even during the gym opening hours unless there's a staff member nearby to turn it on for you."

"The staff were really understanding and nice. The hotel is clean and close to the main attractions of Ha Long Bay. Plus, the breakfast was good and consisted of a typical Vietnamese breakfast. Things to know before booking though is that is does cost more if you bring more people than the capacity that you put in when booking the hotel. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel again."

"We had a wonderful experience aboard the Ambassador Signature Cruise. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The ship was elegant, clean, and well maintained, and our bay-view cabin was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay. The itinerary was well organized, giving us enough time to enjoy the stunning scenery while participating in activities such as kayaking and exploring the caves. The onboard dining exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious Vietnamese and international dishes. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the service was consistently attentive. Traveling as a family of six, we appreciated how smoothly everything was coordinated. The crew went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout the journey, making the experience relaxing and memorable. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to offer a bit more free time at certain destinations, as Ha Long Bay is such a beautiful place to explore. Otherwise, everything was exceptional. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam, and I would highly recommend Ambassador Signature Cruise to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable Ha Long Bay experience. We would gladly sail with them again."
