AWFUL! Worst hotel of the year!
First of all, you could not talk to a person. Like, ever! You call the phone, voice message replies. You send e-mail, no one replies. There is no room service, your room is not cleaned, the sheets and towels are not replaced. And the worst thing is the hotel gave me wrong invoice, I tried to talk them on the phone but only a voice message available. You could not talk to a person. There is no customer service. No one answers! I tried to send them an e-mail but no replies received since 3 days. Hotels.com also trying to find a solution. I am waiting. Yes, the facility is not bad, the equipments in the room working and the heating is good. However, these issues and the thing that you could not talk to a real person is wiped all good memories. This was a business trip and if I could not get a correct invoice, I will need to pay my hotel cost which is nearly equal to my monthly wage. So, the most horrible stay of the year. Not recommend. Not satisfied. All Negative. Nothing is positive. I am not thanking you! Not before you guys solve this invoice issue.
