"The property is at a block of units inhabited by regular folk. Due to refurbishment of 3 apartments I was awoken at 7,8 or 9 am by drills, hammering and other construction noises for the first 2.5 weeks. I had jet lag and it was tough. The sounds of the baby below was delightful I just went back to sleep, her parents settled her quickly and not a worry.
