「We stayed here for only one night to break up a long drive. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Although the rooms decor isn't on trend, it is all still very functional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「We had a room on the highway side of the building and despite double glazing it was quite noisy. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work very well and the bed was very soft. 」

「Great amenities, activities and location. Kids loved the pool and playground. Rooms are comfortable but just a bit dated and the couch in our living room was a bit sunken in the middle. Otherwise a really great spot for what we needed. 」

「Lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. A very short drive to Toukley where we enjoyed coffee and scenic lake walks.」

「I reckon every time house keeping comes in they should replace towels and sheets , as we stayed for more then 3 nights and noticed the first time they came in they used the same sheets. We knew it was the same sheets because we took them off the first night and left it on the floor and we came back and noticed the same sheets were on the bed. Besides that we enjoyed our stay staff were very friendly and welcoming, Will definitely be back in the future. 」

「Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. The floor in the room was sticky and there were cockroaches. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to be inside and close the door. There was mould around the sink and the...
