「On listing in never said you had to enter property through a door in house. We received this instructions after booking property. My son was greeted by some man when he entered and said he was so nervous to stay there I booked him accomodation elsewhere . I would never have booked if I new you did not have a seperate entry」

The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. 」
