「The room was spotless, the staff were wonderful and the aqua park was fantastic」

「Cabin was clean and tidy, but the air conditioner didn’t work properly, it was 33 degrees and only blowing cool air, it was so hot. The BBQ at the pool didn’t work, luckily there was one at the camp kitchen to use but the room was locked. Also the detergent bottle to wash dishes was filled with water so was very successful at cleaning the BBQ dishes.」

「The facilities of the room was totally good in spite of the park accommodation. Only negative point was that hotel staff did not give the code necessary to open the lock box outside reception where the room key existed inside. They knew my email address but missed it. 」
