The villa is 170 square meters and spread across two levels. On the ground floor, there is an open large living/dining room with a sliding door, panoramic window, dining table, satellite TV, digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This level also includes a large double bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Both the living room and kitchen have exits leading to the terrace and swimming pool. There is also a shower/WC on this level. The upper floor features 2 large double bedrooms, each with a panoramic window, a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. These bedrooms also have exits leading to the terrace. There is an additional shower/WC on this floor.
