The hotel is very nice, I loved the attention to customers, especially that of Raizza (I don't know if that's how it's written but a nice and friendly person) the breakfast is very varied and free; all the staff very respectful and attentive; the wonderful pool of immense and with the warm water; the views of its impressive windows; I would definitely visit them again 🙂

Generally very good family hotel and recommended. Food was excellent! Rooms feel a bit nostalgic in a good way. Radio bath 80ies style - may need a revamp and modernized in a couple of years.

Quite beautiful location on a great bay and beach, easy walk to snorkeling, outstanding food in the restaurants on site. Great shopping on site at the same cost as anywhere on the island. Zukeyama was a short 15 minute walk to the south of this resort which was an absolute delightful Japanese restaurant operated by husband and wife, best sashimi I’ve eaten in many years.

3 night stay with family. Great location for exploring the island if you have a car to get around. Hotel has lots to offer with stores etc. staff are lovely. Lots of families with small kids. The hotel itself is dated but comfortable.

Room had a 5ft stain on the carpet and was quite dated. Other than that for the price you really can’t complain. Nice seaside resort with great views and a decent amount of activities. Keep in mind they do charge for almost everything, but prices aren’t majorly expensive. Girlfriend and I had a great time. Cheers

I’m impressed with the facility given the price point i got. The included meals were nice, and the staff incredibly friendly. There were certainly some updates that could be made, but it was a great value and location, and I would definitely consider staying again if I were to return to Okinawa.

Great location right on the beach. Multiple dining options with either breakfast buffet or lunch buffet included. choice of dinner buffets available. Transportation to/from Naha airport available via Airport Limousine Bus or local bus (extra cost) - make sure to co-ordinate flights with bus schedules. Property is showing it's age a little but overall excellent value although a lot of recreational amenities are extra.

Hotel staff was very friendly. The view of the ocean was very good. Pool was fun. But the room was dated, and not very clean. Bedbugs. First time having bedbugs in my room from travel. Everyone was bit.

We stayed as a family, with a small child. Old style hotel. Delux rooms were of room size, nit sure of cleanliness of the carpet. Toilets were clean and tidy. We didn't know Japanese language, bit of a struggle, but staff were friendly and ready to help. Thanks a lot 🙏

The view from the balcony is awesome, the breakfast one of the best of all the hotels ever visited (incl. outside Japan). The lunch ticket was an amazing treat as one can skip breakfast and eat a really good buffet meal there. Pool is huge. Beach good. Nearby Michi-no-Eki for small shopping convenient. Kind staff. Well... just the rooms. Spacious, but the carpet is sooooo dirty!

Room was not as shown in pictures. Large carpet stains, dirty fridge, stained duvet covers, weird room and hallway smell with suspected mold in wall. The staff were great and did their best. Food was okay but we often seen dirty dishes in the clean piles(at buffets). Midway through our week stay my husband and kids all came down with an 24hour stomach bug. I suspect food poisoning. Absolutely everything was a charge(i.e beach chairs, life jackets (which had to be used for snorkelling), etc. Perhaps we overpaid but based on this property being rated as a 4star, we were very disappointed. I never leave these types of reviews as I am content with a great view and clean room. The view and beach was fantastic, just be sure you show up with the right expectations or book elsewhere! I would rate this property as a 2 star at best.

We really like that it included a breakfast buffet or a lunch buffet and that it gave you $1000 credit if you decided not to have your room cleaned every day that allowed us to sign up for kid activities. We wish that so much of the things weren’t an extra charge. We would’ve rather stayed at a place that everything was included all the kid activities.

A much older building and electrical and furniture is old. Gives a 80s feel. Rooms are large and spacious. Everything is pretty clean. The food options are great, especially with breakfast or lunch buffet included each day. It's great value and an overall fun experience. Lots of kids and families, so it can get pretty loud. Very family friendly. But if you want a quiet and less people environment, might not be for you during peak season. Beach access is very easy and extremely beautiful.
