Nicest facilities! Very clean and the breakfast was superb! Loved the fruit sandwiches the most and just simply amazing!! The birds in the entrance did make me sad. I wish they were able to fly in an enclosure.

Great room, it was large and comfortable. We had a beautiful balcony and ocean view. The resort was clean with plenty to do. We enjoyed dining options, walking around seeing the animals/sea animals on property. It was like their own little aquarium. They had a dolphin encounter, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it, I just ran out of time. We used the laundry facilities, convenient and easy to use. Food: We ate at the buffet and the BBQ restaurant. I am a vegetarian and my husband a carnivore, (funny I know) As a vegetarian, it was challenging to eat, but to be fair, all of Japan is difficult to eat as a vegetarian. Most food has some form of meat in it. My husband enjoyed the food here, particularly the BBQ. The beach was rocky, definately need water shoes. They have both an indoor pool and outdoor pool. We did not use the indoor one, it seem mostly for kids. Outdoor pool was confortable and clean.

Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff

子連れ（6,4歳）にはありがたいスタンプラリーやお仕事体験、浅いプールなど満足感高い滞在ができました。食事は大人も子供も満足できる内容です。部屋の水まわりに老朽化を感じたので、宿泊代とのバランスを考えると改善してほしいと思う。

早餐非常普通。預訂兩個twin 的床型。卻給我三張單人床。房間靠馬路，一直聽到摩特車飆車的聲音。房間隔壁是洗衣間。一直聽到運轉的聲音。隔音不是很好。小孩能玩的活動不少。兩天玩的差不多。和海豚一起游泳只有5分鐘不到。有沒有這個價值見仁見智。

일본인이 대부분인 숙박시설이며 영어가 능통한 직원 거의 없음. 한국어 가능한 직원 전무. 소통의 문제로 인해 쓸데없이 기다리는 시간이 길어지고 일본인들에 비해 부족한 서비스를 받는다고 여러차례 느낌. 일본인들과 외국인은 숙박비를 달리 받아야할 듯. 호텔에서 진행하는 액티비티 프로그램도 일본어로만 진행 초등학생 이상의 아이들에게는 성인과 동일한 비용을 받음에도 이런 아이들이 즐길만한 시설과 프로그램 매우 부족. 초등학생 이상 아이 동반 매우매우 비추함. 비싼 금액에 비해 주차 시설도 열악하며 식당 만족도도 떨어짐. 최근 리모델링하여 룸은 깨끗하지만 전반적으로 가격대비 비추!!

過去にも利用した事があり、素晴らしいホテルなのは承知していましたが今回も改めてその良さを実感しました。特に山田温泉は最高です。改善して欲しいことを強いてあげるとすれば駐車場ですね。最寄りの第一駐車場は狭くて駐車台数も限られています。第二、第三は国道を渡った先にあるので、真夏だとそこまでたどり着くには少々辛いです。沖縄の他所のリゾートホテルも同じような状況ですので仕方ないとは思いますが、もう少し便利になるとありがたいですね。

未就学児2人を連れての滞在でした。ホテル中で様々なアクティビティを体験することができ、子供達が移動のストレスを感じる事なく、充実していました。お盆の時期だったため、同様の家族構成の滞在者がほとんどでした。大変満足です。

施設内にプールも海もあり5才の息子は大興奮でした。室内と野外両方にプールがありました。小さな滑り台もあったりと楽しめます！イルカやウミガメと触れ合えたり、5才の子供でも出来るマリンスポーツもあり息子は初めて体験し楽しんでいました。子供を対象にスタッフの方とじゃんけんをして集めるスタンプラリーでおもちゃやぬいぐるみがもらえるイベントもありホテル内で完結してしまうほど楽しい時間になりました。ご飯もとても美味しくてホテル内もお部屋も清潔感があり毎年沖縄に行ってますが、今までで1番オススメできるホテルです。また利用したいと思います！
