Nov 11, 2019There is limited things to do outside of the resorts which we found very disappointing. Renting a car is a must to be able to get to various attractions as they are spread across the island and public transport is not really an option.

Sep 22, 2019Onna has nice beaches but you definitely need to rent a car. And you need an international license to do that.

Jul 22, 2019We chose to stay in Onna because of the proximity to beaches and restaurants, and the ability to easily travel to the north and south parts of Okinwa. Onna is a wonderful area to spend a vacation, is clean, beautiful, friendly and very welcoming.
