It is at the foot of the first castle on the Loire, in the village of Arlempdes that the old presbytery has been rehabilitated into two adjoining gites.

This cottage fitted out to accommodate 4 people and designed efficiently, it has access to a 45 m² courtyard with a breathtaking view of the Loire.

Nearby: Pradelles (most beautiful village in France, draft horse museum, cycle rail...) at 12 km, Lac du Bouchet at 15 km (fishing, supervised swimming), Lac d'Issarlès (Ardèche) at 25 km, Naussac lake (Lozère) 23 km away... All shops and market in Costaros 7 km away. Former presbytery comprising 2 adjoining gites at the foot of the medieval fortress of one of the most beautiful villages in France in the Loire gorges. Small courtyard of 45 m² (access and fence common to the 2 gîtes) with a breathtaking view of the Loire.

Nearby: Pradelles (most beautiful village in France, draft horse museum, cycle rail...) at 12 km, Lac du Bouchet (swimming, fishing), Lac d'Issarlès (Ardèche) at 25 km, Lac de Naussac ( Lozère) at 23 km. All shops and services in Costaros at 7 km. Ground floor: living room (sofa bed, TV), kitchen, shower room, wc.

1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds).

Electric heating: 8kW free/day, then charged extra according to consumption (€0.25/kW)

Village classified among the most beautiful villages in France.

The church bells ring only for rare ceremonies. They are silent most of the time.

The deposit will be given on arrival to the person in charge of reception.

Cleaning charge: €50 / Additional sheets for 1 person: €5 / Additional sheets for 2 places: €7.50.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.

Via the N88 Le Puy-en-Velay / Aubenas: at Costaros, take the D49 then the D54 to Arlempdes. The cottage is next to the church.
