「There were 125 rather rough steps from the street to the front door of the apartment. It makes it difficult to bring up one carry on bag and a backpack if you are in the 65 age range. The steps are not well lighted in the evening. 」

「The best location, right in the lower area of Riomaggiore so it’s very easy to access and get around with minimal stairs. Cutest little apartment with everything you would need to cook. There is a bit of a damp smell but only takes 5-10 minutes with the window open to air it out. This location is unbeatable and Riomaggiore is definitely the best town to stay in.
