"We loved the Mitsui The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing - although if you stay multiple days, it’s always the same and becomes a little ho-hum. The hotel is exquisitely clean and has such a wonderful scent that makes you feel so relaxed. The rooms are on the small side - we had to shuffle around each other and our bags always seemed to be in the way."

"This property was excellent for the requirements of our family and our trip. We wanted to stay close to Ueno train station, so this property was only a short flat walk which made it access with suitcases. The room was amazing, very spacious and clean, just immaculate. We chose the ciry view family room, and although the view wasnt anything spectacular (our room overlooked a strip club) it was relatively quiet. Maybe next time i would stay overlooking the park, as the park across the road is beautiful. Staff were very helpful at using the self serve check in desks. Felt it was a fantastic hotel for the price we paid, could not fault it."
