"My stay at Megasaray Hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly polite and always willing to help, which made the whole experience feel welcoming. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The spa deserves a special mention, as it was truly outstanding. Ayu provided one of the best treatments I’ve ever had, and I’d highly recommend booking with her. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel."

Because of the slow internet, I wanted to cancel my stay, but they wouldn't let me do so without forfeiting all my money.
