Bienvenue dans notre charmant studio de 20 m2, niché au premier étage d'une résidence paisible. Ce petit cocon a été aménagé avec soin pour vous offrir tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour réussi à Annecy.
Sa décoration soignée, son équipement complet pour des séjours prolongés et sa proximité à pied du lac en font un lieu idéal pour votre escapade.
Le logement
L'appartement dispose également de deux atouts précieux : une place de parking privée, ainsi qu'un supermarché à proximité immédiate pour simplifier votre quotidien.


Le logement peut aisément accueillir une ou deux personnes grâce à son lit de 160 cm. De plus, nous avons ajouté un fauteuil convertible avec un surmatelas, offrant ainsi une solution pratique pour les couples voyageant avec un jeune enfant. Cette option, bien que réduisant l'espace de circulation dans l'appartement, vous permettra de profiter pleinement de votre séjour en famille.
