「商業化されていないTreasure Island の広大な自然のままの静かなシュガーサンドのビーチの美しさが好きな方には最高のロケーションの一つだと思いました。まるで自宅にいるように、くつろげる室内の雰囲気のコンドミニアム・ホテルで、長期滞在にお勧めです。車がないと買物や移動は面倒なシティだとは思います。メキシコ湾の面しており、バルコニーやリビングルーム、キッチンにいながら、サンセットが見事に見えます。リビングルームが広く、フルキッチンで、自由気ままに静かに過ごせ、落ち着けました。ユニット内に洗濯機、乾燥機、洗剤もあり便利でした。私が泊まったユニットには、ビーチに持って行ける、ビーチパラソルや複数のビーチチェアも備わっていました。High Floor を勧めします。数少ない気になった点は、（でも、人によっては、まったく気にならない点ですが）バスタブが浅めなことと、バスタブの材質くらいかと思いました。フロントの方もいろいろ丁寧に教えて下さり、快適でした。」

「The room has a musty smell and the bathroom vent is not working. It's a common vent to the building. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion when we arrived but there front desk has a price list for the little bottles. Nice view and peaceful location. 」

「Looking for a couple nights close to Anna Maria Island without being ON the island. Turns out we were here once before and didnt realize it was the same place. Love the "Back Yard" surprises」

「A couple of broken items like towel rack, sink plug, curtain holder and porch chair. Otherwise it very much suited out needs. Recommend a tankless water heater for bigger families. Nice view of ocean and beach! Towels were great. Love the code lock on the door making it easy for everyone in the family to access the condo.」

「Very beautiful property and condo. The host and the other residents/guests were very nice. There is 1 restaurant within walking distance but everything she you'd need is within 10-20 minute drive in either direction. Checkin and checkout processes were super easy. We will travel again with this host. Thanks for a pleasurable stay.」

「This was a great spot for a family vacation with young kids. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars are nit picky - floor in room was def dirty, pool music was bad/really loud, never really stocked the pool with towels. But the staff was super friendly, we’d stay again!」

「The room is great! The location is fantastic! It’s an easy drive to the beach, to downtown Sarasota and St Armonds. We enjoyed the heated pool, and the Tiki bar was a lot of fun!If I had to nitpick - our only complaint was the bed was too soft for us」

Constantly having to uncover my car to leave because they painters covering the cars with tarps and painting the halls and room doors and having to pull paint covered tape off of the door handle to scan my key 」

「This was a great property in almost every category. However, the 30 "resort" fee was totally un-necessary. What resort? There is a price you pay as an owner for doing business, maintenance is one of those expenses. The guests should not be paying. There was no "resort" other than being on the water. We paid over 300 for one night! And..then add a "resort" fee? Also, there were no ice machines, so I called the front desk and they said it is the responsibility of the guest to turn on the...
