「I really wanted to stay a room with kitchen, and yes the room has kitchen however there is no cutlery, cooking pans and dishes etc. This is super disappointing for us. Other service could be good though.」

「Arrived at hotel at 4pm after full day of travel from Seward. 3pm check in but room not ready. Room finally ready at 5pm. Manager said she would give $200 credit. Never received the credit. Room was dirty with worn and frayed carpet. Breakfast buffet was one of the most sparse I’ve ever seen. Coffee was good. Considering I paid $600/night it was extremely disappointing.」

「Staff working the night upon check in. She was very rude and wouldnt give her name for the complaint. As rude as she was, I as a guest dis not want to further my night to check in and lost out on my money worth for that night to stay over night within the hotel. Due to her nasty attitude for check in and for poor customer service. Im hoping to enjoy my stay next time. Next time as in hopes that this particular front desk reception does not work there any longer. As she was not professional...

「I booked one night by Hotels.com several months ago and got a reminder one day before stay. Nevertheless I got refused by the staff saying “your reservation has been cancelled”. I couldn’t believe that and understand how come such a terrible event happened. It was midnight and l had to accept an alternative he offered to me. It was terrible though I appreciate his help. It may be better never to book this hotel again.」
