Thank you for a comfortable stay! The property is well kept, roomy and plenty of space for our group of 8 adults. The house had everything needed and then some. Well stocked with anything you might need to prepare meals, enjoy the pool and stay entertained! Pool did not seem as warm as expected but the spa was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the parks!Thank you again and we will definitely keep you guys in mind for future travels!

Everyone was great and responsive! House was perfect for all the family. Did have momma skunk and her babies in the backyard, but she moved them when it started to rain.

Can’t beat the location of the rental if visiting Disneyland. House itself could use some upgrades. A little beat up and it shows in every room. The pool was nice for the days we didn’t visit the park. Box on patio that contained life vests and pool noodles was full of spiders. Pool noodles themselves were suitable for a child but not for an adult. Would not rent this property again.

Great location near Disney! Walk distance is true mile to main entrance. Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful with very loud, but easy to use child alarms on door. Average furniture condition- good set up with 3 en-suites and 2 bunk bed rooms. Easy and quick communication with property manager for needs

Awesome host. All details were perfect. Very Comfortable beds. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance close to Disneyland. The pool was a wonderful way to cool off. Pool safety feature was great. The pool table and ping pong table was a bonus to keep everyone happy. Lots of space for the family to eat, hang out and play board games. We will be back for sure

This property was a great location for our family vacation. We had 11 people in our group and this home was spacious for all of us to stay in comfortably. The house had great amenities. We had one small issue with a toilet, reported it and it was fixed within hours. Highly recommend this property especially for large groups.

Check in was easy. This home had a very nice kitchen. Our kids loved the pool! There were a lot of rules with Anaheim I had to agree to prior to the trip. We were very comfortable in the home. It is about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. We had a great vacation!

Front door house code-easy. Pool door access alarm complicated & confusing since the instructions didn't match what needed to be done. Had to call to get correct instructions. Plants around jacuzzi so overgrown not all of us could sit in it even though there was room. So much calcium build up on faucets, tea kettle, coffee maker & dishwasher. The back bedroom with 2 showers (bedroom 1) has several problems. The toilet ran on all the time-every few minutes. The left shower head didn't work at all & the right shower head was hard to change the spray selection (probably because of the calcium build up). Wi-Fi access was very good! The window in the garage game room was broken when we got there & we reported it to the property manager. We loved having 2 refrigerator/freezers! Pool pump start up time could be changed to be later than 5:30 AM. Residents use trash cans stored on street to prevent Disney guests from parking in the neighborhood.

Very clean and as advertised!

The VRBO was just as advertised. Clean and offered easy access to Disneyland. The walk to Disney is challenging, but I would recommend you drive and pay the parking fee of 35 and take the TRAM from the parking area. The VRBO is everything my family of 13 needed to make our Disney vacation "just as planned."

Perfect fit for our family

Great house layout for the group we had. Love that 3 out of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom. There was a toilet that kept and broken shower handle in one of the bathrooms but overall everything was great! My wife was a little concerned about the skunk family that scuddled through the backyard one evening, but no bad run-ins.

Perfect Disney Vacay

The home was just as described in a lovely quiet neighborhood. 15 min walk or quick 5 min UBER(11). Large bedrooms with en suites. Lovely heated pool, and backyard area. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome property for a large family.

The property was very close to Disneyland and neighborhood quiet. The rooms were large and there were 3 on suites. We were a family of 10 and had enough space for everyone that we weren’t on top of each other. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Washer and dryer was convenient since it rained a lot during our stay. We would book again in the future.

Overall it was a great place to stay

Overall we liked the place and it was a great location. The beds probably could be replaced soon and we couldnt get the light to work outside by the pool. Not enough of an inconvenience though to ruin our stay. I would definitely stay there again. It worked out well for our party size and the location was great, right next to Disney.
