"Clean room"

"Staff were nice, room was clean, although small. Breakfast and pool were good. Paid parking wasn’t great because it’s not a secure parkade, just an open lot with no security. Overall it was a good hotel and experience. Ideal property for people visiting Disney land"

"My stays at the Majestic have been great. Very close to all the staff I have encountered have been helpful and tremendously pleasant. Love the shuttle to the park, love the decorations they have up throughout the hotel for holiday and events. The store off the lobby is so convenient if you forgot something or want to grab something small to eat or a full meal hot or cold its there alomg with a multitude of snacks to choose from. I just love it. "

"Everything about this place was awful. The building is in terrible shape, the photos online do not match at all what the place looks like. The guy said supposedly he upgraded my room to a nice room and there was nothing nice about that room. It was so dirty, the couch was disgusting, the water from the kitchen sink was not going down correctly, the sheets and the towels look like they have not been replaced in years, shower, curtain, filthy, hair everywhere, as if they did not vacuum or sweep. After the last person left, toilet seat was broken, doors were filthy as if they’ve never been wiped. And the deadbolt on the door was broken!, The area is super noisy and the walls are super thin so we got zero sleep. Next time I’m just going to pay a little more to stay in a nice place. And one last thing, the key card to get into the room stopped working literally every single time that we would try to get in the key car would not work and I would have to go to the front desk to get it reset. I went at least six times during our two day stay it was so inconvenient!"
