"This has become my go to place for when I am in the area. Breakfast is great get there early since it does get packed. Staff are always friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is convenient to stores, food and down the street to Knott’s Berry Farm. My daughter loves it here. The pool is nice and all other guests were friendly as well"

"Property was dated but clean. Good place to stay on a budget close to the park. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was heated and nice. Towels were thin. Overall solid stay for what it’s worth."

"The lady that checked us in was very rude, we stated we had reservation for 2 rooms. She was not patient in helping us, we had 2 rooms under same reservation with 2 different names, another gentleman helped us find the 2 room and was very patient and professional, not sure what kind of day that lady was having, but she was not helpful"

"Our stay at Pepper Tree was very good. The property is a bit older so not as modern or sleak as some, but overall was pretty clean and well maintained. The only "concern" that I would say is there was a poisonous spider living in/on the table on our patio, but that's to be expected in nature."
