"Very basic. Clean. Could use some fixing up. Repair work in rooms was horrible looking. And the stairs to fo up to your room waa not sturdy. I felt like it was gonna break everytime you stepped on it. "

"This is a great place overall. Lots of space, very comfortable and walkable to the parks (although not extremely close. It’s about a 15 minute walk). Was very, very disappointed, however, that the pool was closed for 6 weeks while we were there and we were not notified in advance. "

"This property was one of, if not, the nicest property I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel room felt like home during my stay! Staff was friendly, property was clean. Pool, hot tub, and gym annemities were spectacular. However I do with that the rooms had 2 queen beds instead of two double beds. The rooms were large enough to fit two queen beds. "

"The room was in unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The mattress had multiple visible stains, the bedding had yellow stains, the carpet was dirty and heavily stained, and there was black residue coming out of the bathroom sink. This is not a matter of preference — these are basic cleanliness and health concerns. I provided photo evidence and requested a refund, but it was denied. Offering $25 in compensation for these conditions is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying at this property."

"Clean room, staff was friendly, great shuttle drivers. Only issue and it isn't even really a complaint is small elevators. When we had the stroller or luggage we are couldn't fit in one trip. But we just took 2 trips or 2 elevators"

"Rooms could do with revamping. Tired and very dark / poor lighting. Great location for Disney and felt safe. Pool good and towels provided. "
