Water leakage was observed outside the bathroom door, likely originating from the tiled area. There is no exhaust/ventilation, leading to persistent odor issues. Restaurant: Acceptable."

"Very nice room (especially loved the bathroom design!) We paid for breakfast, which was a good buffet with a big selection (cold and hot), the hotel is not near any cafes so it is worth adding breakfast. We loved the pool/sauna/steam room with a view of the lake. We would definitely stay again and hire the hotel bikes to cycle into Utrecht (it's also easy on the bus to get there from the centre). Staff were excellent too."
