"Excellent location! Like that it’s nestled away from the noise of Rembrandt Square. Staff was helpful in getting tv fixed. Does not have fridge or small amenities like disposables which I for once needed but didn’t want to go downstairs and ask staff. Reconstruction was occurring so hardly checked out the communal areas."

"The rooms are clean and well kept. Small room for my liking, no kettle or tea in the rooms, but breakfast is from early, and they have tea and coffee machine, with cold drinks and snacks on the ground floor you can access 24/7. Staff are very friendly and helpful 10/10 Breakfast i didn't opt for, but I went to see what was available, it was a standard hotel Breakfast. I preferred to eat outside the hotel. Hotel bar 10/10 I would definitely stay again for a short break (3/4days)"

"Perfect place to stay near the airport. It’s totally designed to make your stay easy, comfortable and reasonably priced. It’s nothing like your average airport hotel. Nice bar and amenities in the foyer. Self checkin and out. The rooms are small, clean and comfortable with amazing design of bathroom facilities. Very cool. Highly recommend. 300m walk to airport."

"This hotel has a customer hostile policy that readers need to know about. When the guest selects a temperature on the thermostat, the hotel will reset it back to 22C, regardless of the customer's wishes. This occurred several times each night we stayed in the hotel. I set the HVAC to 20C and the hotel, without asking, resets it to 22C and we wake up hot. On the 2nd morning of this happening, I asked the hotel about it (thinking the HVAC was malfunctioning) and they stated this is their policy. Indeed, they change the temperature in the middle of the night overriding the customer's wishes. I understand and expect hotels to have lower limits on HVAC temperature but I've never encountered a hotel that overrides the customer's desired temperature. It is customer hostile and potential guests need to know about this limitation, especially during the warmer months of summer. I hope Clayton Hotels reconsiders this terrible policy because I will never stay in another Clayton Hotel if this is expected."
