アムステルダム市立劇場 ツアーとアクティビティ

部屋は小さいが清潔で快適でした。 スタッフの対応は心温まる対応でした。 トラムやメトロの駅からも近く、滞在先をここにして良かったです。

Sebastian at the reception was very caring and tried his best to solve our problems. People in the same situation should be aware of this, but we are very grateful to him. We came by car. There is a street parking system near the hotel, but it is quite expensive. Sebastian looked up a cheaper parking option for us. It was about 10 minutes away from the hotel by public transport, but he kindly explained in detail how to get back. There are a few steps at the entrance of the hotel, and the room we booked had no elevator, so we had to use the stairs. It was hard with a baby, a stroller, and two suitcases. However, Sebastian helped us every time, and he even checked with their sister hotel to see if there was a room with an elevator available. We were not used to European hotel conditions and had not researched enough beforehand. Even so, we truly appreciated Sebastian’s kind and humorous support

良かったのは駅に近いだけ。 多分6年ぐらい前の評価と違いすぎる。女性の方がいたと書いてあるのに、おそらくオーナーが変わったのでしょうか? 外見は小綺麗なのに日本の安いビジネスホテルよりも悪い設備。値段が安いならばまだマシだが、高いのにこれは酷い。階段はごみだらけ。びっくりした。 部屋にはコーヒーのサービスなどもなく、コップももちろんなし。アムステルダムは水が飲めるから水道水を飲めと言われました。 タオル交換も2日いたが、週に2日しかリネン業者が来ないからできないと言われ、部屋の掃除も頼んだのにゴミも捨ててない。顧客よりホテル優先の考え方が信じられない。 朝地下で立ち食いだったがコーヒーと焼きたてのクロワッサンをだしてくれたのはよかった。 多分もう二度と行かないし、同じような人がいないことを祈ります。
