アーミッシュ カントリーのアパート

「There are so many bits and pieces of this property that we want to keep in our memories: *Our kind and sweet hosts. They are a large Mennonite family with a working farm. *Their animals on the farm - cows, goats, dogs, cats, birds, ducks, and occassionally rabbits.*Their corn day. I invited myself to join their corn harvest and they were very welcoming. The children were so delightful and kept me companied for the entire morning. *The fresh milk, the home-made bread, the butter, and the eggs...

「The rental had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our stay and were grateful to be close to the Sight and Sound Theater.」

「The perfect respite away from the noisy world! I’m a bit of a diva and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Beautiful! Secluded! Tranquil!」

「This unique living space is in the heart of Lancaster PA and is full of charm. The environment is quiet with a nice outdoor porch area to sit and watch the sunset from. The location is close to many of the highlights of the area without feeling commercial or gimmicky. The bed and sitting area was comfortable and the host family was welcoming, warm and friendly.」

「The inside was beautiful! Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was even better than listed! Everything inside was wonderful! Sitting out on the porch was possibly a bit of a letdown. Our view was of a garage and a dumpster. We thought our view would be of the park in the pictures. But, we were able to take a walk around the park.」

「We had a great time staying here. The directions to find and access the place were easy to follow. The bedroom was very comfortable (nice and toasty despite the chilly weather) and the facilities were great. And what a special treat to find fresh-baked muffins upon arrival!」

「Everything you could ask for in a home away from home, and more. The setting is perfect and serene. The home has been meticulously thought out, decorated and cleaned. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend, and would love to come back and stay for longer. Thank you Amos and Rose!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at “The Haven on Meadow Lane” in Smoketown. The apartment was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The hosts have planned the space perfectly with attention to every detail! Rosetta was very cordial, friendly, and available to answer any questions. Even though close to many Lancaster attractions, the street was calm and quiet. Sitting on the porch in the evening and a short walk through the neighborhood were relaxing activities. We got to meet...

「This property is one of our favorites places to stay. We have stayed in another unit previously and we loved that as well. Great communication with the host and very clean and well maintained. The only thing that would make the bathroom slightly better, is multiple hooks for the towels. There is no lid on the toilet seat in order to place a towel there, and the only single hook is on the door. A second towel hook would very helpful.」

「Nature lovers who prefer the comforts of home and abundant country living: this is your spot. Dorothy and Elvin welcome guests with warmth, and Sasha the shepherd brings her joy and waggy tail for greetings whenever you return from the pristine countryside. We couldn’t have asked for a more quiet or cozy haven while visiting for a wedding nearby.」

「The room was small and dirty, the bed creaked all night with every move. You would wake yourself up. The bathroom was dirty and barely any warm water. The staff was nice at check in that was the only positive」

「A place I will certainly return to. It was very spacious and strategically located to all the shops and events I wanted to go to. Wonderful rural setting and attentive hosts. Thank you for this hidden treasure. I’ll be back!」

「This property was beautiful and tranquil! There was even a warm loaf of bread left as a welcoming gift; along with homemade strawberry jelly. One stay was a wonderful time!」

「This was a return trip to the same exact unit about nine months later. What better endorsement could I give? It’s a well stocked and fitted-out apartment in a convenient location. The backyard and associated sports shed was the cherry on top. Highly recommended.」

「The Pop Loft is very clean, conveniently located to downtown and has a lot of great amenities. It was recently redone with quality furnishings, decorations and finishes. It was fun to watch movies on the big screen. And the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend.」

「Property was very clean very homey」

「Beautiful, spotless apartment in a great location! Easy walk to the Central Market and so many great eating spots. 」
