Hotel Northampton

Hotel Northampton

8/10 Good
"Disappointed to a certain extent. We stayed at this exact hotel three months prior to this visit hence why we booked the same hotel due to being content with service prior. This time around we checked in go to floor of room and someones room service tray was right when you got off the elevator. The only reason I am complaining is because at 7 am the next morning the same tray was still there at 7 am. Hotel coffee was enjoyable in the prior visit this time around we couldn't even drink it. Bed was comfortable, room clean, ice maker on our floor broken had to go to other side of building."

"It’s been 5 days since I checked out and I still have not gotten back my $100 security deposit. Reached out twice and was told both times they don’t know why, and to call back again to try and get ahold of the property manager. The hotel was very nice though. Besides what I said above (and assuming I do get that back) I would definitely stay again."

Comfort Inn & Suites Hadley - Amherst

Comfort Inn & Suites Hadley - Amherst

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is so close to everything and therefore very convenient; especially the destination of UMass Amherst. The room was clean and comfortable and I was able to connect my laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable I brought from home. We used the gym, pool and hot tub and everything was great. The breakfast room and breakfast were a great start to the day. Will definitely stay again."
