"Excellent location for the adjacent Sawgrass Mills shopping centre, and also a convenient walk to Amerant Bank Arena. Reception staff very helpful, room a decent size with a very useful fridge (believe all rooms have a fridge). Nice and clean. Plenty of restaurants within a very short walk"

"The hotel had a noticeable odor throughout my stay, which was particularly strong in the hallways. It resembled a stale, urine like smell that appeared to be masked with cleaning chemicals, though I would say they were not effective. The odor seemed more pronounced at night. Within the room, the carpet also had a slight unpleasant scent. Additionally, the elevator flooring felt soft in certain areas, which raised some concerns about maintenance. During my stay, there also appeared to be issues with leaks in parts of the property. On a positive note, the staff were excellent, they were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The room itself appeared clean; however, the overall environmental concerns made the space feel less hygienic than expected."

"I’ve already contacted the hotel about my experience. We didn’t get there until 1 am. The room I had paid for was for 1 room with 2 bedrooms. We had 7 people. No vending machines no ice machines and the area did not feel safe to me. Walking in with 3 kids at 1 am and people standing outside our door. The main door to the building is not secure. Overall there was a lot of space but 2 totally different rooms…not one as described and no pool view as described. "
