「The Roz were as I remember I used to frequent gear back in 2008 all the way up until 2016. We received feet on the bed that had blood stains on them, but the staff was happy to replace them. We also add food in the kitchen and must’ve dropped some crumbs on the floor within 30 minutes. There was a line and a pile of ants that were coming out of the wall, which honestly could happen anywhere. I don’t think they need to spray each room for bug. Also, the windows look frosted, which I thought was...

「Hotel room itself was very clean as was the lobby and breakfast area. Free parking free breakfast and small kitchenette was important for us. Elevators were very very slow, not sure if servicing is coming due soon. 」

「The hotel staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are well appointed, and there is a supermarket conveniently located near the hotel. My only disappointment is that the hallways and rooms are covered in paint? Air freshener? The only regret is that the corridors and rooms smelled strongly of paint or air freshener.」

「My car was severely damaged by rebar extending above the parking curb, Hotel manager said it was not their responsibility.」

「"My stay at this resort was horrific and, frankly, unsafe. The room had a cockroach on the bed and a persistent smell of mold. The bathroom was non-functional, requiring me to manually refill the toilet tank just to flush it. Most alarming, however, was the mold on the ice machine, which is a significant health violation. For a 'resort' to lack basic plumbing and maintain such unsanitary conditions is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this property."」

「The location was a perfectly fine place to stay for the one night before our cruise. The staff was nice enough to get us into our room well before 3:00 since we arrived via plane several hours before check-in. We were able to use the hotel pool during our short wait for our room. The hotel sent an Uber to pick us up at airport instead of a shuttle, but that was fine by us. We did have a bus shuttle to take us back to the airport. The hotel seems outdated, but overall clean. 」

「El hotel no es Nuevo pero las instalaciones están bien. Camas cómodas, baño limpio, está acondicionado. El personal muy atento. El precio no estuvo mal, me he quedado en varios lugares siempre en la quinta y la experiencia siempre ha sido buena. Tanto en los hoteles más moderno como en los ya que tienen mucho tiempo y no tengo quejas de nada. 」
