I have stayed here previously when it was self check in. Now they have 24 hour service. I found check in and luggage storage very easy as I was early. And then I had a very pleasant room upgrade with a spectacular view of river. A nice touch was the selection of juice and pop in the fridge. And having a fan in the room was excellent. Very happy to stay and come back

Nice, updated hotel with spacious room and bathroom and just outside the Basel train station. All the local trans are outside the door, and it’s an easy walk to old town area and the major sites. A nice addition was the pair of ear plugs to minimize any train noise (but it was quiet with the windows closed anyway). Breakfast buffet was good too, and open 6:30-10, so works any schedule. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, and I’d definitely stay here again.
