"Very nice hotel, excellent location, great staff. Our flight back home was delayed for 48 hours, and Guadalupe and Kevin from the hotel Front Desk were of great help in sorting out this problem. The hotel has a very nice restaurant. Our waiter, Sara provided great service "

"Hotel is located in a central area, close to restaurants and pedestrian shopping mall. Room was clean, had all necessary amenities for short stay. Common areas are well maintained. Breakfast area is very pretty and breakfast quality is good ( provided it’s included in the rate nature). There is wonderful steak house downstairs in the same building ( butt separate from the hotel, not part of Principado. Would highly recommend for dinner). Overall, for short stay ( like pre-cruise, as in our case) I would not hesitate to stay here again."
