Welcome to Astral Peaks! Near Allenspark lies our idyllic three-bedroom mountain retreat. Backing Roosevelt National Forest offering picturesque solitude and relaxation. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains, with Rocky Mountain National Park Wild Basin entrance just 5 minutes away.

Getting married at Wild Basin Lodge, Sunshine or Meeker? Our home is perfectly located and provides easy access and a restful retreat.

Feel like climbing a 14er? Longs Peak trailhead is a quick 10 minutes from our doorstep. Wild Basin trails 5 minutes away. Trails in Allenspark also about 5 minutes from our doorstep. ATVs more your speed? Our house is less than a mile from Bunce School Road.

A scenic 15-minute drive takes you to the RMNP Main Entrance with plenty of historic and beautiful stops in between. Serene Lily Lake is also just 10 minutes away. We are conveniently close to Allenspark, Estes Park, Lyons, Eldora Mountain (skiing and snowboarding), and Nederland. Our property provides the perfect central base for exploring the wonders of the Colorado Rockies.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, complete with a wraparound deck, cozy fireplace and an event sized smart TV for your entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a GE Monogram stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and more, allows you to prepare delicious meals, while the washing machine and dryer make it easy to keep your clothes fresh after a day on the mountain.

Unwind on the balcony, surrounded by the stunning natural scenery, or challenge your family and friends to a game night with the wide selection of video games (X box) and other games in the TV cabinet. For the little ones, there are games specifically designed for kids. Enjoy a game of professional darts in the garage and smell the pines while playing!

Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, Astral Peaks offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with amenities like free high-speed WiFi, a desk and computer monitor with guest account, and a printer to keep you connected and productive during your stay.

An absolutely perfect location and beautiful home.

Minor “hiccup” on check-in was resolved quickly. We have stayed in Estes “proper” before. It’s nice but you don’t really feel like you’re ever out of the “rat race” that we go on vacation to get away from. This place solves that problem tenfold. Far enough out to be away from it all but close enough to go into town if that’s your scene. We will be staying here again, if it’s available, when we come back to Colorado.

Texans unwinding in the mountains

I can't say enough about this property, luxury retreat at astral peaks. Our party consisted of three adult couples from the Houston area that just wanted to get away and get into the mountains and unwind. This property was perfect for that. Wes, the owner came up after we got there and introduced himself, as he likes to meet who is going to be staying there. Great guy and he went over all the amenities in the house for us as he walked us through. We will definitely be back! We only left one time in the 4 days we were there and that was to go into Estes Park and walk through the Stanley Hotel. Had some amazing drinks at the old bar there. All six of us had the best time and will definitely be back to the retreat at astral peaks, Estes Park!!

Family trip with side by sides

This property was beautiful and very clean! We brought our 2 adult kids and their partners here to ride side by sides and see CO. The house fit the 6 of us perfectly! Very pretty neighborhood and very quiet!

A lovely launching pad!

This well-appointed, comfortable home was perfectly located for us to launch into RMNP and the Indian Peaks Wilderness for hikes and overnights. We enjoyed meals at home as well as in Estes, Lyons, and Nederland -- easy drives to each town! The owner was super helpful, too. It all made for a great vacation week!

Mountain Time

My husband and I met a best friend from our younger days at Astral Peaks for three days of hiking, cooking, reminiscing and relaxation. The house is situated in a lovely landscape, remote but not alone, drivable to many outstanding hikes, big and small; Lyons and Estes Park. Lots to do and see! The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and dining, indoors and al fresco, with the added surprise of abundant trail snacks, coffees and teas. Wes is completely available for tech assistance, suggestions for making the most of the area. We had the visit we wished for!

Astral Peaks

This beautiful secluded mountain home is comfortable and welcoming. The drive to Lyons, Rocky Mountain National Park or Estes Park is close enough to be easy but far enough to feel well away from the crowds.
