「I was dissatisfied with the lack of housekeeping services during my stay. The front desk did not communicate if housekeeping would not be provided, and upon our arrival that evening, I called the front desk for assistance. The gentleman who answered the phone was quite rude and dismissive. When I expressed the need for towels and other essentials, he indicated that he was too busy to engage in the conversation, suggesting that I should retrieve the items myself. 「Quiet, convienent, clean. The property is a bit outdated, but, they seem to be doing updates to at least a room everytime I have stayed, which had been a few times in the last couple months and I'll be back often when I'm in the area, you really can't beat the price for what you get. 」
