「No idea how it had a 8.6 rating when we booked it. Was old, in disrepair, staff was unfriendly. As my husband stated, you would never stay here.」

「The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water… 」

Breakfast was warm and plentiful each morning, which was a great bonus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I would recommend it. 」

「Beautiful hotel, clean quiet area with food/gas nearby. My room was big and clean with comfortable furniture/bed. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonably priced. Only complaint I have, was the smell of grease/food that filled the hotel, including my room the one night. It was strong enough to wake me up. Not sure what it was, but glad I wasn't staying another night. 」

「We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing...
