"I had two problems. The room thermostat must have been broken. Was set to 60 degrees, changed it to 75. After five hours, it was still cold in the room. Set it to 78, went to bed. I was still cold when I woke up in middle of night. Changed it to 82, still so cold at checkout. Also the bathroom faucet had no hot water, tub faucet was scorching hot. Other than those issues, it was great. Clean, friendly and helpful staff at check in and out."
