Overall it was a good experience. The staff was great, however, the service was slow. Almost as if they needed a few more people. Still trying to figure out why I was charged $86.25 for a $75.00 incidental deposit. Asked for a receipt and they said they emailed it, twice, still no explanation. So…..there’s that. But everything else, awesome. Still recommend the stay.

We booked in Expedia for convenience but when we were about to check in, the front desk told us that they couldn’t see the confirmation number even tho it was confirmed to me. The front desk was also rude to us to say that we were in the wrong place. It was really such a hassle and waste of time. There is no complimentary given to us.
