「The room was spacious and clean but the hallways and common areas were under construction (I hope). The pool/hot tub area was nice and the pool was warm. The vending area on our floor was just a table and lamp but the breakfast was decent. 」

「We had three rooms in two nights. The front desk person at check in (Tammy?) was terrible. We had to call her out from the back room and it seemed like she had an attitude. She asked us "what do you want?". We're standing in a hotel lobby with suitcases. She assigned us a two queen room when we had reservations for a king room. 「Staff were great. Room was larger than expected. Beds were more of an oversized double. The room upon entry smelled of deep fryer grease and there were huge stains all over the couch. We didn’t sit on it. Washer and dryer came in handy but they didn’t have soap. Dishes needed to be washed before use. Probably just someone who dropped the ball on housekeeping that day. 」

「グレートウルフロッジを初めて利用しました。ミネアポリスのには、ジャグジーが無かったので水から上がったら寒かったです。なので、プール内に上着を持っていっておくのが良さそうです。 寒かった以外は最高に楽しめました。」

「Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden.」
