「Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. 」

「This room worked great for me and my 2 daughters. The building its self is old and if you look closely enough you can see its age, but the room was clean and it’s right on the beach and that’s all that mattered to us. We felt safe here and that’s also a huge thing for me and a mom traveling with her kids. 」

「A very nice place to spend a night or two. The hosts are pleasant and keep the place clean. The decor is certainly not modern, but is comfortable. Don’t think you can find a better stay for the cost.」

「We had a great stay. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. There were stains on the white couch covers when we arrived and some of the kitchen spoons in the container on the counter still had food on them from the previous person, but Overall it was a great stay and we will be back. 」
