"I traveled with just me and my 10 year old daughter. We had a great time, close beach access, cold fridge with freezer section in room, pool was wonderful. Shower had hot water and everyone was really nice."

"The room we reserved wasn't available at the designated check-in time, and it seemed the room we received instead wasn't as nice as the premium paid for a Gulf view; also, amenities associated with the mandatory resort fee (smores kit) weren't available, and beach chairs/umbrella were packed up by staff earlier than the time indicated, so we received no value for it. The property itself is nice, relatively new, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants."

"We had a lovely stay. Beautiful view of the Gulf, easy access, easy parking, fast elevators. We spent mornings on the balcony, days on the beach, and evenings enjoying the sunset and reconnecting. The condo was sweet and the beds amazing. Will look for this one again."

"Everything about this condo was spot on as described. Parking was safe and convenient to elevators. Beach view was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Every room in the condo was clean and well maintained. Our hosts put our stay over the top and we would definitely stay there again!"

"There was a few things I noticed that you may not be aware of. In the Master bath the shower head needs a really good cleaning, lots of buildup, still had good water pressur, it would also be nice if the shower had safety handles and no slip mat. The hand soap container was empty, had not been refilled. The one day we used the pool, we were the first people there at around 10 am, it was obvious it had not been cleaned, debri, sand, and suntan lotion was in it. I know you’re not responsible for pool, but am sure you pay a fee. Overall our experience was good."

"Check-in was seamless, room was very clean and plenty of towels and washcloths stocked. The shower is not modern, but it was clean and did its job. Plenty of parking at building entrance. The only issue at all is that there isn’t a restroom on the ground level for easy access from the beach. We had to go to our rooms each time. Overall a great stay! "

"This is our second time staying at Crystal Tower and we had absolutely love this vacation spot! The various pools and hot tubs are phenomenal and it’s a great stretch of the beach. We spent the days swimming, playing on the beach, and looking for ghost crabs on the beach at night. The condo was clean and very comfortable for our family of five! The kids loved having a tv in their room! We look forward to coming back again in the future!!!"
