The room was clean and good. The property itself is old and tired. The hallways were dark and the carpet worn. The elevator was out of order. I would stay there again. The hotel is in a great location.

The staff was very kind. The place is just very worn down and it was so dirty in our hotel bathroom. The beds were comfortable but the comforter was stained, floor had stains— there was stuff on the walls, hair in the sink and on the blow dryer… mold in the shower and sink… and the toilet smelled of urine.

this was the 4th time we stayed at Quality inn Gulf Shores. good location, clean, nice indoor pool, breakfast (waffles,eggs, sausage,cereal, juice, coffee) very good . healthy options also . kid friendly, no animals. they had redecorated since last stay (beds, flooring and decor) and great price for people on a budget.
