「The entire place is an ashtray and a hotel waiting to be rebuilt.」

「The flooring was coming up, the floor by the shower was rotted, the halls smelled. I was not impressed 」

「Staff was friendly. Parking was convenient to outside facing room. Room was clean. Breakfast was better than many hotels in this class.」

「 You will Need to buy a parking pass onsite, bring extra toilet paper(they only give you 1 roll for a week),the sleeper sofa with flip over while you are sleeping in it. The inside of the toilet bowl has never been cleaned, floor are dirty…my white socks instantly turned black from very little walking!」

「This is not really an hotel, but a bedroom in a building. Other than the lady who cleans the rooms, there is no staff! The room was clean and comfortable but very noisy - you can hear sounds from other rooms and from outside. There is nowhere to have breakfast, we came by train and had to Uber to a nearby restaurant.」

「The place was updated, spacious, very clean and comfortable. There is a view of the ocean and can hear the waves as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and also recommend it. 」

「Parking was in the back of the property. It was easy to get into the house with the code. Our room was upstairs and we had no problem getting into our room. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade. We were able to walk down to some shops and get a bite to eat. 」

「Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. The bathroom is small so if you are a larger person, again this isn't the rental for you. It was perfect for 2 ppl, it says it will sleep 4 but it would be a...
