"The staff could use help in the mornings with breakfast. There is only ever one person sometimes, two, keeping up with the breakfast area when it has a lot of traffic last time we were there the floors were sticky, and the juice was empty. With travel Volleyball we have stayed there about five times within the last two months."

"We did not stay we had trouble before arriving and wanted to cancel but wouldn’t let us not sure what to do but would like a refund thanks"

"The hotel was ok, but the bed was old and not comfortable at all. The pull-out sofa was super hard. When we went to get Breakfast, they literally closed the door so no one could come in and rush us out. The front desk ladies were super nice. Just fyi this hotel does not have a waterpark inside the hotel the park is about 5 minutes away. Expidia lie that the hotel has a waterpark. "

"Room was clean. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was not clean. It functioned but the water was green and cloudy and the foam bubbles had streaks of brown in them. We did not go in it for the two days we were there. It definitely needed shocked. That was a big disappointment because it is one thing we wanted to use. Breakfast was good. Need more dispensers for regular coffee. Overall it was good but for what we paid it was sub par. "

"Clean rooms"

"Everytime we have stayed, the floors were filthy, we saw roaches and spider's during this stay, the toilet didn't flush and tub was dlow to drain. Thier solution was, have a plunger."

"Staff was good poolside was ok parking wasn't to my expectations but over all it was good"

"Check in was slow, room and lobby ok. No extra what so ever, room was clean. I guess I got what I paid for. "
