Pretty aggravated and disappointed honestly. Started off bad right from check in. The girl at the desk obviously didn't have a clue what she was doing. We had already pre-paid for the room through expedia, but she asked for a CC for incidentals and come to find out she charged our CC TWICE for the room that was already paid for and 3 $50.00 incidental charges, and it took us almost 45 mins just to check in. Right at $950.00 charged to our CC for a room we already paid for, that we will now have to wait to be refunded for. This CC was what we were using to pay for other parts of our vacation, and now don't have access to the funds. We've tried for hours to talk to the manager multiple times and keep getting excuses why he cant speak to us. Last time we were told he was in a meeting, but told the attendant to tell us the charges would drop off after we check out. Its now obvious the manager here doesn't care at all. Pretty sad as they have really put us in a bad jam and don't seem to care one bit.
Alot of trash in the hallways and every garbage can inside and outside were overflowing.
Went to breakfast, and they honestly didn't have many options and again trash everywhere. They were out of everything. No bread, no waffle batter, no eggs, no meat, no juice, no coffee cups.. etc.
The rooms were very nice, but that's about it. For a new motel, the whole experience was a nightmare and pretty disappointing. Definitely not worth the $200 a night we paid. Never again!
