"It was such a peaceful place to stay! My kids enjoyed both the pool and the beach. It was wonderful having private access to the beach and not having to deal with over crowding. The beds were comfy, lots of space for my kids to spread out and even met some wonderful locals! We will definitely be going back!"

"The deck, swing and location are fantastic, price is good and the hosts are very responsive with answering questions. It was great having a washer/dryer with all the sand. But, it would have been nice to know a few things before arriving. The place is in need of cleaning, repairs and refreshment. The rugs and carpets need steam cleaning and repair. Some of the blinds are sagging badly and one fell off the wall when we tried to open it because the bracket was dry rotted. (The hosts told us they are about to replace blinds when we told them it fell.) There was mold behind the blind and at the bottom of the shower stall. One of the kitchen drawers needs repair and one kitchen towel was just a rag. Some of the walls are dirty and in need of cleaning or a paint job. And the beds are very soft, which may or may not be your thing. The owner is very kind, but we just wish we'd known about these things before renting the space."

"Overall the property was pretty great. The pool is easily accessible. There are showers to wash off the sand once you get off the beach and the beach is about 150-yard walk which is not bad at all. There's a lot of privacy on the beach. We were there during spring break and we normally share the beach with maybe another 10-15 people spread out over a couple football fields so pretty great! There's definitely a lot of value for your money with the property"

"The property was great! Nice, central location on the island, close enough to walk to restaurants. There was access to the sand dunes right behind the property, perfect for stargazing.We did not know there would be no shampoo or body wash, though that may have been in the listing, we hadn't thought to check as infrequent users of Vrbo."
