「Front desk attendant was friendly polite and professional even though he was super busy. He did a great job of making me feel welcome. Breakfast was good. 」

「Was a pleasant check-in the front people were very nice and polite. The only problem I have is I was not informed that there would be a $50 deposit upon check-in so instead of it costing $76 It was 126. I’m getting 50 back when I check out, but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time.」

Room itself is clean and nice, was difficult to keep temperature at a good number with humidity so high. Bathroom smelled like wet clothes 24/7 there is NO ventilation so bathroom was not great. 」

「I didn’t notice when I made the reservation that you allowed dogs. I probably would have stayed somewhere else if I had. The dogs were even in the breakfast area where food was being served. The staff was very nice though and the to go bag was an unexpected surprise.」

「The room was clean enough but definitely visible dirt in corners of bathroom and our feet were black after walking on the bedroom carpet. Ice makers on each floor was a nice convenience. The pool was nice. The lobby was clean. A fitness room, a tiny store, a vending machine, and some business computers were available but we didn’t use them. The breakfast lacked bacon, muffins, cereal, and milk which are usually staple items at this brand… At the end of the day, the bed was comfortable and bug...
