「I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. 「The Lodge is a great beachfront property at the Gulf Shores. There is beach access, the Gulf Shores downtown is just 5 mins away and there are great restaurants on site. The customer service at this hotel Is excellent. All our requests incl microwave and cleaning were met promptly. 」

「I was a little disappointed this time. This is our 3rd stay here. The coffee makers have been removed from the rooms. The fridge is not cold enough to put anything perishable in. We had to throw out several things, like milk. there is no way to adjust the temperature. With as much as I paid to stay here, parking should be including. The room was clean though. 」
