There were a lot of leftover beach toys, including a small kiddie pool, an umbrella and a few beach chairs (we did not use them- not sure the condition). 「This unit was in good condition, new paint, nice furniture. When we checked in the paint smell was very strong, a wall had been repaired and there was a paint can and a small amount of paint scrapings on the floor. After we aired the unit out it was fine.
