"Trash everywhere, parking lot was clean and easy to get in and out. Beds was hard as a rock, rooms are ok but not up to date. Some plugins work and others don’t. "

"Our room was beyond terrible. We had a 1 bedroom 2 bed, pullout suite. The pullout mattress had stains all over it and was so worn and thin it could not be slept on (though we didn’t want to with the stains). Every bar was palpable. The bathtub was so disgusting I couldn’t give my 2 and 5 year old a bath. It was lined with scum in the tub, curly black hair from whomever stayed last in it, something nasty on the shower walls. The towel rack had been ripped from the wall and was just shoved back in, not even fully hung back up. The trash had something disgusting running down the side. Our AC stopped working around midnight and was hot and muggy in the room. The manager was supposed to call me before checkout and that was yesterday. Still no call regarding a refund and I can’t reach anyone. "

"The room was very clean. Some of the outlets didn’t work properly. The staff was great! We only had a partial ocean view from the room."

"Room was decently clean but the floor could use a wet mopping. Various types of smoking were going on everywhere and weed coming through the vents. Pretty quiet considering the clientele. Beds were clean and comfortable and AC worked great. Odd folks around but relatively safe, just keep your head on a swivel as always."
