「This hotel is obviously older. The direct access to the beach is the most appealing thing about it. The breakfast with made to order omelets was great! Rooms were small, but we didn’t spend much time in it. Staff was super friendly and helpful.」

「Beautiful resort, love the new pool. The pool side drinks and food are really good, and affordable. Loved the bar area. Very quiet at night which is great in the halls rooms and outside near the pool. Makes it feel very safe. Only thing was on check in the woman who greeted us was really unfriendly. Pool side bar also girls said they were tired and exhausted. While I understand the busy weekend quests still want to have friendly encounters.」

「Room was clean, had trouble with the air conditioning but they did have it fixed by the time we got back. Not as clean as I would expect for the price. Breakfast was pretty good. I do believe the price is way to high for what you get, it was very close to the beach which is a plus. Had trouble with the side doors not reading your key card and having to walk around and realized they kept a side door open and anyone could have gotten in. Kind of scared me a little bit.」

「My stay was very nice and a complete change from stats in past. I can really tell that a corporation has custody over everything. I ate at all the restaurants on site and have to say that I believe the menu is tired at Latitude 30 and is dire need for revamping. I ordered the Pork Chop (Medium), Beans and Mashed Potatoes and water for beverage. When it came to the table, my chop was a bit undercooked, the beans were warm but bland and the mashed potatoes were cold and clumpy. My guest ordered...

「Run down. Toilet didn’t work very well shower out of soap. Reported first night had to go get soap and toilet never fixed. Pool was dirty.」

「The staffs, breakfast were excellent. The lobby and extra equipment was clean. Our room had bugs, big roaches. We had to sit all our suitcases and bookbag on higher grounds.I tried to call the manager and supervisor three time on this matter but the supervisor wouldn't call me back or anything. My family and I wouldn't be staying at this place anymore.. I have pictures of the bug in our bed.」

「The only thing I did not like was the pillows. They do not have regular pillows. They have decorative pillows. Small square ones.」

「Room was clean and staff were great. Price was reasonable and you were close to stores, restaurants, really anything you would need. I can’t leave a review on the breakfast because I never ate there. TV remote the back was missing so you had to hold batteries in place. Overall, I would probably stay again if needed.」
