「Regency Isle is located right on an absolutely lovely wide beach. The view of the Gulf of America from our 9th floor condo was amazing! The unit was clean and tidy; nice linens and towels; well equipped kitchen; large porch accessed from the living room and master suite; televisions I could manage without having to take a seminar. Management responded and resolved the few minor issues immediately. I can definitely recommend these accommodations. 」

「The location is great, right across from beach access but also not crowded by a ton of other condos. The ocean is visible from our balcony and is beautiful to walk out and see. The pool is clean and family friendly.」

「Nice beach access. Comfortable accommodations. Some travel sized shampoo/conditioner would have been nice in the bathroom. An upgraded bathroom would have made the property shine. Living room furniture showed quite a bit of wear with food and water stains, but was comfortable anyway. We loved the patio/deck and the wood chairs were comfortable to sit in while watching sunrise and sunset. A washer/dryer combo unit was so convenient to keep up with effects of humidity and salt water on...

「Very clean, I thought it was on the beach, but it was only a 2 minute walk, nice touch to have beach chairs & umbrella available! Condo had many amenities available for use, we didn’t eat in so we didn’t need to use them, but it was nice to have if we needed them. Close to restaurants & shops 」

「This was an amazing find for us and the oasis pool really was a win!! My only complaint is how easy the front door opened. My toddler was fascinated with the door which made it quite unsafe. A little chain at the top would go a long way. We ended up rigging the door for the few days we were there and made due but would have felt much safer with an actual toddler safe door lock. Cleanliness and convenience of the place is unmatched though! Overall would stay again!! 」

「Beautiful view of the bay which was equipped with a dock and fish cleaning station. We loved the three balconies with one providing a view of the golf. The kitchen was well equipped. My only negative was the stairs - very steep up to the first floor and additional stairs up to the bedrooms. 」
