「I really enjoyed my stay for the night. The check in was very friendly and fast. I liked how clean and secure the hotel was. It made me feel very safe especially being a female staying alone. I did order from the kitchen that night and when I went down to the bar to get it there were people complaining about the service and when someone finally came out everyone was ignored and the man with my pizza was not friendly either. 「The room 805 was the dirtiest Embassy Suites room I’ve ever stayed in. Honestly it should have been closed down. The beds didn’t have skirts on them so the mattress fully exposed. The sheets didn’t stay secure down. The furniture had stains, the ceiling had brown spots form water damage, and the shower water poured out into the floor. We had 2 young kids tired from traveling all day so we sucked it up. We Told the front staff how bad the room was. 」
