Close to everyhting, such as Bergen statioin, fish market, Briggen, the hill to the ropeway station, shops and restaurants. ホテル外観に高級感があるように、ホテルサービスや雰囲気もとても優れている。スタッフもフレンドリーで好感が持てる。我々の部屋は最上階（４階）で天井に斜めの天窓があり、ベッドに寝たまま夜空が見える。（ただし、滞在中は雨で夜空は見えなかったが）。バスルームは広く、とても清潔。ウエルカムドリンクとして、部屋にボトル入りのリンゴジュースが冷やされて置いてあった。朝食も充実して、美味しかった。ビュッフェスタイルだが、オーダーも出来るので、エッグベネディクトとアボガドオープンサンドを注文し、美味しかった。ただし、カプチーノは別途有料になるらしい。」

Staff in B/F restaurant were friendly and Food was nice.
Just one point to be improved, there was a hair remained in the bath.
However, totally OK.」
"We had a very smooth check-in. The receptionist was completely efficient and explained everything clearly.
The room was cold, but due to centralised control it was not easy to change the temperature. However, when we informed the front desk that we were cold they brought a heater. Although not completely comfortable, I was satisfied with the hotel's action as it solved the issue for us.
Breakfast was excellent with a very good variety."

The reception staff of the first day we arrived was unfriendly. Though we booked two rooms, the rooms were far apart and different floor. Each room (double/large) was quite narrow even for one person. No room cleaning, no amenity at all, not wide variety of breakfast but quite expensive. Just location was great."
"We stayed same grade two twin rooms for 4 members. One of the twin room didn’t have enough towels and coffee machines like the others. We requested some of them but no room keep services so we had to go to the reception.
Stuff are friendly but they didn’t share the information about us so we had to ask many times about our situation. "
